For founders who decide what matters and let agents carry the rest.

Agentic executionwith enterprise discipline.

We built ClrSlate to bring the discipline enterprises already run on (owners, decision rights, reviews and evidence) to AI agents, so agents carry the coordination and people keep the decisions.

ClrSlate, run on ClrSlate

Your company runs on ClrSlatefrom day one.

Your work, your decisions and your record in one place from the first day; your tools connect the day you want them.

Your company on ClrSlate from day one

What it is

The same organization model as every blueprint, with the platform’s own requests, backlogs and a board, knowledge and model gateway from the first day; your tools connect the day you want them.

How it is laid out

  • The org chart as the company runs it: the founder’s office, product, engineering, marketing and sales, each seat a person and an agent. At founding one person often holds several seats; the chart says which.
  • The work in the platform itself: requests with an owner, backlogs and a board, and a morning brief on the founder’s desk.
  • Knowledge that stays with the seat: documentation, a wiki and what each agent learns, kept with the seat, not with the person’s inbox.
  • Agents that call models through one gateway, with the models each seat may use.
  • Room to connect: when the company adopts a tool, it joins the seat that already does the work, with its rules and its record.

Illustration: a fictional company

A launch inthe founder’s name.

Noor Haddad, founder of Kestrel Labs, a fictional developer-tools company that has run on ClrSlate from day one. Agents draft, design and schedule; she approves every word in her name.

  1. 013 weeks outTomas’s agent drafts the positioning and the launch plan from the product’s charter. MKT-R02 sends the positioning to Noor; she changes one sentence and approves.
  2. 022 weeks outThe design and content request goes to the brand seat. Hana’s agent checks it against the brand plan; it fits, Hana confirms, and Leo finishes one of three options. Noor is not asked.
  3. 031 week outNoor rewrites the second post in her own words and approves all three, from her desk, without joining a thread.
  4. 04TueReplies arrive in the sales development seat. Ines’s agent answers from approved copy; one asks about a tool Kestrel has not tested, a new claim, so it waits for Ines.
  5. 05WedTwo prospects ask for a demo. SLS-R04 routes them to Kwame’s seat; his agent prepares the environment and the script, and Kwame scopes what the demo will show.
